In winter on Friday evenings and in summer on Thursday evenings is the all you can eat "Raclette Plausch" with the "Ova da Fex" music, playing original Swiss music. Engadiner Saal: From 07:00 to 10:00 we lay the table with a hearty breakfast array. From 18:30 to 20:00 we lay the table for you with a 5 course menu with choice between two starters and main courses. Gärtli: In the heart of Pontresina there is an oasis of comfort, singing birds and sparrows. Light summer dishes, a big salad counter and a ice cream station with 14 different sorts of ice creams are served. Every Thursday in fine weather there is BBQ or Mongolian Grill with a wide choice of hors d'hoeuvres and desserts. Alp Languard: Here in the middle of the mountains, 2200 metres above sea level. Taste original Swiss specialities form the region.
